The Best Service Ever

I have a VERY mean MinPin named Diamond that no other groomer could handel, So i called up A-1 and they said to bring her in. When we got there the owner came out to meet Diamond and befriended her before we left. She was there to get a wash and nail clipping which she hasnt had in a few years because of her being so aggressive. About an hour later if even they called and said she was ready for pickup. The owner had no problems with her where other groomers couldnt even get her out of the kennel. This groomer is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!! She knows her stuff.

Terrible Service

I called to see if they could fit us in on a Saturday. They said they could but "don't call and check on them" I figured she just didn't want me to call every hour. I dropped them off and told them to call when they were ready. 4 o'clock rolls around and still no call. The sign on the door showed that they close at 5, so I went to pick them up becuase other groomers keep them if you don't pick them up by closing time. They were rude when I arrived to say the least. They yelled from the back that they weren't ready. I told them that I didn't want to come back again, and that I came because I didn't want them to have to spend the night, so I would just take them with me. If they would have told me that they stay past 5 to get them done, I wouldn't have worried so much or rushed back up there. Both of them were still wet from baths and hadn't even been groomed yet. They charged me $20 each to wash them and offered no apology. $40 bucks for 2 cocker spaniels?? The lady started yelling at the dogs to get back when she let them out of the crates. They couldn't find their collars...it took about 5 minutes of the lady yelling at her husband and other employees for someone to find them. Never...ever...again! My dogs looked scared to death.
