SCAM ALERT!

Coastal Roofing, Hinesville has scammed me. I paid them in advance to repair my roof in October. I was told it would be taken care of within a couple days. It was almost a week and a half later and I had to call almost every day to finally get someone out here. I paid for replacement of blewn shingles and to have previously replaced shingles sealed down. This was not done. I started losing the shingles they replaced less than a month later. I called and was told they would be out here the next day. No big surprise, they didn't come and didn't call. I called several times and was told several times they would be out here and they never came. November turned into December and still no response to their insignificant repair job. They came out the Saturday before Christmas to repair a neighbor's roof and I asked when my roof would be repaired. The owner came to the house and said he would come out on Monday to replace the missing shingles. He didn't come. They were back out here the Thursday after Christmas working on the neighbor's roof again so I asked again and made it clear I was sick of being lied to. I was told that the guy who did my roof screwed it up and that the owner was angry with him because he had been paid and didn't do the job properly. Not my problem, you hired him, you fix it! I was asked for my number and told they would call me within 30-minutes, they had to go get shingles. Yet another lie. If you want a good quality roofing job, don't call this company. Call a reputable company.
