Very rude owner

I called to get quotes for several limos for several VIPs visiting Savannah and spoke with some guy who identified himself as the "owner" but wouldn't give a name. He quoted basic hourly prices but was impatient and seemed annoyed with requests to discount pricing based on rental of multiple vehicles and for days at a time. I think he thought I was joking or something. I called another company who was more than happy to work with us. Too bad for SL&S. We wrote a pretty big check to their competitor!

I think their cars are so awesome. Me and my girls had so much fun on our GIRL NIGHT OUT. We 'll do it any day again

I contacted SL&S regarding a large professional conference to be held in Savannah. I received an obsenity-laced e-mail in response. I called the company to report the incident and was spoken to quite rudely by a man named "David" who was unconcerned about the e-mail response that I received. David indicated that I deserved the response received because our organization had solicited a contribution (such as a gift certificate or discount coupon) to give away as a promotion for our conference and draw attendees to Savannah. Based on these initial interactions, I could not recommend this business for either our members or any business professional who expects a high level of customer service.
